Most gout patients have a genetic cause of gout, or associated problems with uric acid metabolism. If attaining your regular weight, and maintaining a gout-friendly diet, doesn’t help their gout, then uric acid controlling medications are the answer.There are both pharmaceutical and natural gout cures in the marketplace. With these, the sufferer should be able to eat anything, though I always recommend a gout friendly diet to fend off recurrences and other linked health problems.
I think that some people do not adapt well to sudden changes in diet, therefore I always say that gout patients assess their own situation and gradually change their change poor habits to better habits.
